Final Measurement Appointment
We then schedule a final measure with one of our trained technicians, who will take precise, installation-ready measurements. This step guarantees your windows and doors are manufactured to fit your home perfectly.
Project Quoting, Permitting & HOA Submission
Once the final measurements are complete, we use them to produce an accurate order in our manufacturer’s software. Your project is then submitted to our permitting and HOA departments to begin the approval process.
Permit/HOA Approval & Product Ordering
After your permit and any required HOA approvals are granted, we place the order with our manufacturer. This ensures your products are made exactly to the specifications needed for your home.
Product Delivery & Installation Scheduling
When your windows and doors arrive, we contact you to schedule the installation and begin the work as planned. We seal and secure the exterior right away, while leaving the interior unfinished until after inspection.
Final Inspection
Once installation is complete, we schedule the required building inspection to ensure everything was installed correctly and meets code. This inspection is an important step that confirms your home is properly protected.
Interior Finishing & Project Completion
After your project passes inspection, we return to complete all interior finishing work and finalize the installation. At this point, your project is officially complete and your home is fully upgraded.
