Consultation & Project Planning
We begin by reviewing your architectural plans, performance requirements, and project timeline to determine the right impact-rated systems for your building. Our team prepares a detailed proposal and gathers all information needed to move smoothly into engineering and submittals.
Engineering, Submittals & Approvals
We produce all required shop drawings, engineering documents, and product approvals for GC and architect review. Field measurements are taken to verify accuracy, and once approvals are finalized, materials are ordered and fabrication is scheduled.
Installation Coordination & Execution
We coordinate closely with your project manager or GC to plan installation phases, site access, and safety protocols. Our installation team then installs all systems to meet manufacturer specifications and commercial building codes.
Inspections, Punch-Out & Completion
We schedule and support all required inspections to ensure full code compliance and proper performance. After inspection approval, we complete punch-list items and final finishing work, delivering a fully completed, ready-to-use project.
